Madrid Holistic Psychological Services is a Telehealth group practice of multicultural therapists led by clinical psychologist Krystle Madrid, PsyD. We are highly-trained and offer psychological services including therapy, consulting, and training opportunities for psychology graduate students.

Supervision

First Responders

Dr. Madrid is 1 of only 6 psychologist across the nation hired directly by a fire department. Prior to working directly with firefighters, she spent many years working collaboratively with Los Angeles County Sheriff Deputies. As such, she maintains a higher level of cultural competence in working with first responders and understands the unique nuances that come with this line of work.

Faculty

Dr. Madrid is an Adjunct Professor with Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology. She teaches in both their online and on the ground program. She specializes in teaching Individual and Family Treatment of Substance Abuse and Multicultural Psychology. Attempting to care for someone who is struggling with addiction takes a heavy toll. Support for family members is just as important as support for the individual suffering from addiction.

Dr. Madrid is a clinical supervisor at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology. She works with graduate student therapists pursuing their clinical hours to complete a Marriage and Family Therapy degree as well as corresponding licensure. Dr. Madrid's varied clinical skills and advanced training make her uniquely skilled to provide clinical supervision for unlicensed trainees and consultation for licensed therapists.
